Elite Caterers is owned and operated by qualified chef Tina-Marie Steere, who has 30 years' experience in hospitality, and enjoys working with customers to ensure their guests' enjoyment at all types of functions.
Of course we cater for ALL special dietary requirements, which includes an extensive range of Gluten Free foods and vegan dishes.
One of our main objectives is to be Unique within the Catering Industry, by using our own recipes and new ideas, including home-style foods.
To help meet this objective renowned chef Greg Pereira, currently working in Australia, consults with Elite on menus on a regular basis, helping to ensure fresh ideas to tempt the palate and keep the business vibrant.
