One of our main objectives is to be Unique within the Catering Industry, by using our own recipes and new ideas, including home-style foods.
To help meet this objective renowned chef Greg Pereira, currently working in Australia, consults with Elite on menus on a regular basis, helping to ensure fresh ideas to tempt the palate and keep the business vibrant.
